Welcome to Workmate — a social commerce platform operated by Grandleap Investments (PVT) Ltd. (“Workmate”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our platform, websites, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using Workmate, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. About Workmate

Workmate is a social network for businesses — a space to connect, exchange ideas, and showcase products.
The Platform allows businesses to:

• Create profiles and display products.
• Interact with other businesses and customers.
• Buy, sell, and collaborate through a shared social feed.

Basic membership is free, while enhanced visibility and sales features are available through our AI-Assisted Selling Program (see Section 4).

2. Eligibility

To use Workmate, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have the legal authority to represent your business.
• Provide accurate and complete information when registering.

Workmate reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or provide false information.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You agree to immediately notify Workmate of any unauthorized use or breach of security.

Workmate is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

4. AI-Assisted Selling Program

Workmate offers an optional paid feature — the AI-Assisted Selling Program — designed to enhance visibility, engagement, and conversions.

Features include:

• AI Chatbots for customer interaction.
• SalesBots to identify and engage leads.
• Product Optimization Engine to refine listings.
• Analytics and Insights for performance reporting.

Pricing:

• $5 per product per month, billed annually.
• Payment is non-refundable once the service period begins.

Workmate may update its fees with 30 days’ notice. Continued use after notice means acceptance of new terms.

5. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of all content you post on Workmate, including text, images, and product information.
By posting, you grant Workmate a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote such content across our network for marketing and operational purposes.

You may not upload content that:

• Is unlawful, misleading, or infringes on others’ rights.
• Contains harmful software or spam.
• Violates community standards or decency laws.

Workmate reserves the right to remove or moderate content that violates these policies.

6. Payments and Refunds

• Fees are payable via approved methods (bank transfer, mobile money, or online payment).
• Payments for subscription services are non-refundable once activated.
• Workmate may suspend service for non-payment.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, designs, and software on the Platform are owned by Workmate or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Use of AI Systems

Workmate uses AI systems (including chatbots and SalesBots) to enhance user experience and automate engagement.
By using the Platform, you consent to interactions with automated systems.

AI responses are based on data provided by you and public interactions — Workmate is not responsible for outcomes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete data.

9. Limitation of Liability

Workmate provides the Platform “as is” and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Workmate shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits or revenue.
• Data breaches arising from external attacks.
• Errors from partner-provided data.

In any event, Workmate’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

Workmate may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms.
• Engage in fraudulent or harmful activity.
• Remain inactive for extended periods.

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately.

11. Changes to These Terms

Workmate may modify these Terms to reflect updates in business operations or legal requirements.
Users will be notified via the Platform or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe, without regard to conflict of laws.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zimbabwe.
