Welcome to WorkMate!
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the social commerce platform and services provided by WorkMate, a trading name for Grandleap Investments (PVT) LTD. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies referenced herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.

User Content: You are solely responsible for the content you post on WorkMate, including product descriptions, photos, and comments (“User Content”). You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. By posting content, you grant Grandleap Investments (PVT) LTD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content on the platform to operate and promote our services.
Platform Intellectual Property: All intellectual property on the WorkMate platform, including but not limited to, the logo, design, software, and content (excluding User Content) are owned by or licensed to Grandleap Investments (PVT) LTD and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or software without our prior written consent.
“As Is” Basis: The WorkMate platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability: Grandleap Investments (PVT) LTD and its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the WorkMate platform.
